knee probs

done a bit of self diagnosis on my knee, i reckon i've got tendonitis in the platella of my knee. i've yet to work out how to treat it. i don't suffer any discomfort running, but if i have to sit in a cramped position it can hurt. still doiing the team bath 5k tomorrow morning as it has eased off considerably, since running my pb at weston on thursday night. sub 17'sthe target tomorrow.
