did an 8 mile steady run last night, nothing special, but i just wanted to get the disappointment of tuesday night out of my system. i probably went a bit too hard for the first 5 miles or so but i don't think it did me any harm. going to the zoo for an interval session tonight, i just hope that i am not slipping backk in to my old habits fof training well and racing badly, just like i was ;ast year.

further to what i said yesterday, looking further in to the race fixtures, i also noticed that there is a 10k down at lewes on easter monday. if i could get accomodation organised, then that one is also a possibility. i'll have rto do some sort of research on the course as it is quite hilly around the course and the last thing that i would want is to turn up on race day only to find out that there is a long steep hill and therefore no pb potential
