ready to rumble

ok so lets cover what we did in last nights session first. four times one mile off a short recovery times recorded were 5:36 a slow cautious start, 5:21, equalling my best time around that circuit, 5:28 and 5:30 both times around about average, leading my coach to observe that i could be the start of the show come saturday. i just hope he hasn't put the kiss of death on it by saying that. i was pleased with last nights session as i don't very often run that well at aztec west.

moving ahead to saturday the requirements are:-

1 first place for one of the bristol teams

2 second place for the other bristol team

3 me to run the fastest leg of the day and anchor bristol to glory, just catching the other guy on the final corner.

4 bristol to thrash bath by 100 points in the european cup quater final at the recreation ground.

5 rampant bristol city to go top of the table beating hapless promotion rivals notts forest 10-0 in front of 20,000 delirious spectators at ashton gate, with scott murray claiming a hat trick

does that sound like too much. i hope not, but seriously for the 2.995 mile (thats 4.8k) course i would like to go under 17 minutes or there abouts. do that and i will be happyy with my days work
